We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1164\" \/><p data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1201\"><strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1201\">3. Booking and Appointments<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1323\">All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation by <strong data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1320\">email or phone<\/strong>.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1562\"><li data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1427\"><p data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1427\">A valid name, contact information, and selected service(s) must be provided at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1562\"><p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1562\">No-shows or cancellations without proper notice may result in a <strong data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1514\">cancellation fee<\/strong>, which may be deducted from any prepaid amount.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1567\" \/><p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1588\"><strong data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1588\">4. Payments<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1801\">Payment is required <strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1636\">at the time of booking<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed in writing.<br data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1675\" \/>We accept the following payment methods: <strong data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1799\">[Insert accepted methods, e.g., Cash, Credit\/Debit Card, Zelle, Cash App, etc.]<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1958\"><li data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1872\"><p data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1872\">Late payments may result in service refusal or additional charges.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"1958\"><p data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1958\">Pricing is subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"1963\" \/><p data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2001\"><strong data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2001\">5. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2129\">Cancellation and refund policies are outlined on our <strong data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2068\">Services<\/strong> page and may vary depending on the type of service booked.<\/p><ul data-start=\"2130\" data-end=\"2389\"><li data-start=\"2130\" data-end=\"2239\"><p data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2239\">Generally, cancellations made at least <strong data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2194\">48 hours in advance<\/strong> are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2314\"><p data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2314\">Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may <strong data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2311\">forfeit the booking fee<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2389\"><p data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2389\">Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within <strong data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2388\">7\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2394\" \/><p data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2449\"><strong data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2449\">6. Client Responsibility and Liability Waiver<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2549\">Clients are expected to disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the service.<\/p><ul data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2858\"><li data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2710\"><p data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2710\">The Yaya\u2019s Touch is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, misuse of products post-service, or circumstances beyond our control.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2858\"><p data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2858\">We will take all reasonable precautions, but services are provided at the client\u2019s own risk unless negligence is clearly established on our part.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2863\" \/><p data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2897\"><strong data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2897\">7.
