2. Services Offered
The Yaya’s Touch provides professional makeup and henna services for weddings, cultural events, Eid, parties, and other special occasions. A detailed description of services and pricing can be found on our Services page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
3. Booking and Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation by email or phone.
A valid name, contact information, and selected service(s) must be provided at the time of booking.
No-shows or cancellations without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee, which may be deducted from any prepaid amount.
4. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service refusal or additional charges.
Pricing is subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Client Responsibility and Liability Waiver
Clients are expected to disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the service.
The Yaya’s Touch is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, misuse of products post-service, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will take all reasonable precautions, but services are provided at the client’s own risk unless negligence is clearly established on our part.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photos, videos, designs, and text, is the property of The Yaya’s Touch and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stearns County, MN.
9. Changes to Terms
The Yaya’s Touch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
